A practical, evidence-informed coaching skills workshop for managers, team leaders, and professionals who want to coach with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.

The Train the Coach Workshop is a dynamic 2-day workshop designed to help participants strengthen their coaching capability using peak performance principles, cognitive behaviour techniques, and practical coaching frameworks.

This workshop supports participants to move beyond simply giving advice and instead develop the mindset, structure, and communication skills needed to lead more reflective, empowering, and effective coaching conversations.

Target audience: Managers, team leaders, and professionals
Objective: To provide participants with practical coaching techniques in peak performance and cognitive behaviour, empowering them to strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance, and support engagement through more effective coaching conversations.
