About Raida Hicks

I am a coach and facilitator with a strong interest in helping people develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful behavioural change.

My work brings together coaching, reflection, and practical action to support individuals and leaders who want to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

My approach

My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioural coaching and shaped by a belief that meaningful change begins with honest reflection, greater self-awareness, and practical action.

I am interested in helping people understand what may be getting in the way, reconnect with what matters most, and take steps that are both realistic and meaningful.

This is not about quick fixes or generic advice. It is about creating space for insight, responsibility, and steady progress.

My background

What began as a passion for supporting others in their personal and professional growth grew into a deeper commitment to coaching and development. This led me to complete my training in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney and establish Peak Performance & Cognitive Behaviour Coaching.

With over 20 years of experience as a Professional Learning and Development Director, I have designed and delivered training programs for senior executives across a wide range of industries, including government, construction, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, and energy.

My work has taken me across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and South Africa, where I have launched more than 200 programs and worked with over 1,000 senior leaders navigating complex leadership and organisational challenges.

Qualifications

My academic and professional background includes:

  • Master of Commerce ( Marketing and Organisational Development), University of New South Wales
  • Master of Arts, Macquarie University
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology, University of Sydney
  • Certifications in Training and Instructional Design
  • Spiritual Direction Certificate, Avila Institute and Heart of Christ, USA

Who I work with

I work with individuals who want greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and more purposeful progress in work and life.

I also work selectively with professionals, managers, and team leaders who want to strengthen coaching capability, improve communication, and create more reflective and growth-oriented workplace cultures.

If you would like to explore whether coaching is the right fit for you, I would love to hear from you.
